At Luke Stone Paris, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions described below.


Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or use

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
